House Rules – Short & Clear

• Check‑in: from 4:00 PM Check‑out: by 10:00 AM
• Only the registered number of guests may stay in the property.
• No parties or events.
• Please respect the neighbors and quiet hours, especially in the evening.
• No smoking inside the property.
• Pets only upon prior written approval.
• Pool area (if applicable): use at your own risk; no glass in the pool area.
• Please leave the kitchen clean and tidy after use.
• Dispose of waste separately (paper, plastic/metal, glass, residual waste).
• Please save energy: turn off lights, heating/AC when leaving.
• Any damages must be reported immediately.
• Lost keys/codes will be charged at cost.
• Parking and EV charging only in designated areas; no charging from household sockets.
• Keep doors and windows closed when leaving the property.
